Seasoned leader with over 15 years of corporate finance, development accounting, business performance and CPG experience. Most recently VP of Finance and Operations at Amica Senior Lifestyles, previously led finance teams at top-tier organizations General Mills, Chartwell Retirement Residences, and BDO Canada.
JOSEPH MELE

Most recently the Senior Vice President of Commercial Sales and Marketing, Joseph oversees all revenue-generating commercial activities, under his leadership his team has increased sales by over 150 per cent. Brings over 10 years of CPG experience working with multinational companies, including Kraft Foods, and Asahi Canada.

Results-driven leader widely recognized for executing to plan, James has over 15 years' experience in supply chain, business analytics and operations management. A professional engineer by trade, James previously held key leadership positions at CannTx Life Sciences, SteriPro Canada and Maple Leaf Foods.

Seasoned executive with over 30 years of commercial sales experience in controlled and regulated markets. A leader that has launched high-value national sales campaigns in the CPG, cannabis and tobacco industries – notably with British American Tobacco and Imperial Tobacco.
