Cooking With Cannabis: Morning Protein Smoothie

We love this healthy, clean and medicating smoothie.

Perfect for breakfast or a quick snack during the day using your coconut Cannaoil.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana

  • ½ Cup Frozen berries

  • ¼ Cup Unsweetened Almond milk

  • 1 Tablespoon LSA or 10 raw almonds

  • 1 Teaspoon Chia seeds

  • 1 Tablespoon Melted canna-coconut oil. Combine ingredients in a blender.

Directions:

  • Blend until smooth. Enjoy.

** Please keep track of how much dry cannabis is equivalent to the cannaoil to ensure you are following the daily limits imposed by your physician’s prescription.
